For 2 weeks nothing comes up when i hit personalized deals...your club specials and coupon center works. but not personalized deals--the only reason i choose safeway over other stores. HELP

dont need to be in the inside track club member to use coupons received by mail or text and being you receive their mailer your signed up with them as a member [ if your name showes up on the cover ]--but -their are certain ones that apply to inside track and they state it on the coupon in the mailers
