Open the dvd drawer Using the remote, type 349734 Then enter 1-6 for the region you want, or press 0 (zero) for all regions. This works on all players with multi-region capability
Could Try all DVD codes on internet? Try this example for Bush DVD Model 2039 switch on tv & DVD player. open dvd tray/ no dvd in. press PROG on dvd remote.once only press ENTER 3 times region codes should be displayed. use up/ down buttons on remote to select- region 1 for USA / region 0 for all regions/ 2 for uk. press STOP to confirm. Open/close to exit. Is that the right one for your set? If not , go to ALL DVD codes. M carter/ RESTORATION.
the PN onremote to tv set this is all about the system on tv ie pal is always for colour , and auto is always determined by the tv this si automatical set by tv depending on in coming siginal ie from advd machine. NTSC is always afaded colour some times it may appear as black and white
If the region setting is correct and won't even read a cleaning disc, there's not much you can do. Either the DVD drive or the Main board (aka MPEG board) is faulty and will have to get it repaired. I'm not sure about UK, but in Australia, Bush manufacturing warranty period for DVD players is 12 months.
