The meaning of F08 is that the heater relay is stuck or cannot be activated for some reason, this has the effect of stopping the water heater from working.
In order to resolve this the only thing you can do is to test the heater, and see if it is o/k.,if it is , then you there is not much else you can do, except call an engineer.

I think you
will find the pump comes on because the heater relay is stuck which then gives
out the error F08, not the other way round. Check the heater, the pressure
switch and the module connections (you will need a multi meter of some
description) to check the connections.
try unplugging from wall hold down start button for a few seconds leave unplugged for 10-15 mins reconnect and ckif problem still there may be control bd problem ..first call the sales person you bought if from ..some washer have a demo mode for floor display use may be a way to back out of it
