Based on the picture my guess would be size 3. If I were you I would take that to a local shop. I charge $5 to provide and install spring bars I can't see you getting them for any less than that anyway. Might as well have someone else do it for you.

You can usually get extra links from JJ/Helbros but for some reason I can not get their website. I would look for a phone # in the manual and call them. They will want the #'s on back of watch.

It is difficult to be sure what the problem is without examining the watch but it sound as if the pin spring (which which makes it telescopic) has broken.
It should be possible to get arepalcement from you local watch shop, they usually have a range standard items to fit most watches.
You should first try to adjust the band at the Clasp first. The clasp has three holes that you could easily move your band up or down into. If you need to remove one or more of the links, try the following.
