Good Morning friend, thanks for your post!
From what you have described you unplugged your Frigidaire refrigerator to clean it and now it is not cooling. You could have a possible short within the control panel or wiring harness. I would recommend performing a reset on your refrigerator and you can do that by disconnecting the power for at least ten minutes.
If that does not jump start your compressor you may want to make sure it is not in demo mode or the control is locked you should be able to notice any error codes on the panel. If you need additional help I would recommend contacting a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. -Matt

Hello,
You are more than likely having a freon issue. The problem sounds like a filter drier restriction. This could be a simple fix. It will require some indepth time.

Sounds like you have a bad compressor

That sounds like the start relay is buzzing. Unplug and lets check the compressor to see how hot and if too hot to hold your hand on the top of compressor we need to leave it unplugged until we find out if the start relay, start capacitor, overload or if the condenser fan stops after running a short while. might be your compressor relay gone bad. if the condenser fan was running and no compressor that could be the case. Also could be a bad compressor. you could try installing a 3in1 start kit. cost about $30. if doesn't start with that then compressor is kaput.

Hello - I recommend to reprogramming the range. This can be done by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately 30 seconds and turn on the unit. Select the self clean option, if issue continues then the unit could of possibly trip the internal sensor of the unit and needs to be reset. This usually has to be done by a professional since the back panel needs to be taken off and the power reset inside. Otherwise the range could be experiencing a communication problem with the EOC which will need to be accurately diagnosis by a certified technician.
