My Nokia 7210 Supernova handset can not access internet, though it is working on P.C. as a modem. When I try to open webpage in mobile, it reflects a message "Subscribe packet data first" and "Link not available". Sometimes it says "Connection not available". Tough all settings are installed properly. My service provider is BSNL, UP East Circle (Faizabad district). Please suggest me the solution for this problem so that I can access net from mobile too. -RP Shukla Faizabad

Here is the procedure for subscribing to packet data:
Menu--settings--connectivity--packet data--packet data settings--edit active access point--packet data access point. Once you are at this point you will be required to type in a name for your access point: Type in "Internet" and then save your settings and exit back to standby screen.
You should now be able to browse the internet.

contact your mobile service provider and tell them you want to activate the gprs and they will instruct you the next step and send you the settings

Check the settings for the Google app itself (find it in your apps list but don't open it, go Options>Settings and check application access to the network facilities.

everytime mu nokia 6300 i use internet , it asks "subscribe to packet data first . pls tell me how?
