What can I create that will keep chapters in order on a place for a book-length story. I have them on a Flash drive and they are all muddled up. I want to send the to a publisher Anne

rename the file names . Put 11 12 13 15 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 in front of each file name so as to have operating system sort them into chapter order.
File Sorting does not like 1 ,2,3 it will not sort in order when you get to 11 as 11 will be lower than 1 in the file sorting for some reason.
eg 11_your first chapter.doc
12_your second chapter.doc
13_your third chapter.doc

Is the verizon sprint refunds true

Yes, but don't expect thousands or even hundreds of dollars in refunds. Here is a quick explanation. BTW, you only have until 12/31/2015 to enter your claim if you are in the group that qualifies.

Verizon and Sprint customers have less than a week to claim their refunds for unauthorized charges on their bills. The two wireless carriers settled with the FTC after allowing third-party companies to charge customers for "premium" text messages without their prior consent -- and allegedly burying them in bills. The activity has come to be known as "cramming."
As a result of the settlements, both companies are now required to get customer approval before charging for third-party messages.
Current and former subscribers who had paid for unauthorized texts since July 1, 2010 can file a request no later than December 31, 2015 to get a refund. Verizon and Sprint both have online claim forms.
The work may not be worth the effort, which is one of the problems with these kinds of settlements.
Verizon (VZA) says refund amounts may be lower than expected depending on the total number of claims filed. The company also says it may not send out refunds if the total amount due is $3.00 or less.

One side of the cooler refrigeration coated coils

Have you tried this http://www.franklinchef.com/service_call.html for a service. With the unit being this new, it's under warranty. Your sealed system is warrantied for 5 years. This is why you are having trouble finding someone to work on it plus Franklin Ind. does not want to pay the service company when they are sent the bill. Where are you located. If your close, i'll see what I can do about repairing it for you. Expect to have to pay for service from anyone due to the service company having so much trouble getting paid themselves. Although you should be reimbursed after Franklin pays.

This was copied from Franklin Ind. web sight and this is why no one wants to repair their equipment.

Franklin Industries, LLC has filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code on September 11, 2009 under Case Number 1-09-47870. By virtue of this event, Franklin Industries will be unable to provide warranty services for products purchased prior to September 11, 2009 ("Pre-Petition Purchase").

For those who are not entitled to warranty services from the company from which you purchased the product, or coverage under an extended service warranty program, you are entitled to file a proof-of-claim with the bankruptcy court for a claim for the costs incurred to service the product. The form for filing a Pre-Petition Purchase claim can be found at http://www.nyeb.uscourts.gov/forms/b10a.pdf .
