Why am I unable to send or receive e-mails? This has only happened to-day.

BT have now transferred emails from what used to be known as BTYahoo and is now known as BTMail. If you go to the log in page here:
Email Login Page
then you can enter your email address and underneath the password box is a link "Forgotten password". If you click on this (the word "password"), you will be taken to a page to enter your username (email address). Clicking continue will put a green tick against the email address and you will then be taken to a page where you can choose how to receive a password reset email (probably not a good idea unless you have a second email address that is not a BT one) or a password reset text message to a mobile phone.
If you no longer have access to any email or appropriate phone then I am afraid you will have to brave the BT phone system so that they can reset your password !!
