If it's the security key just login to the router and change the password. If it's the password to login to the router UI you will need to reset the router to factory settings.

I have set password for my TP-WR642G long time ago, but I want to change it. What can I do?

When you purchased your router, if It came with software then your going to have to use that. It should be as simple as opening the software, finding the setting and changing it. If not, your going to have to be an administrator on the network and go to network settings.
