LEO Privacy is probably one of the best privacy apps ever. Also there's this thing were it boosts your storage, which it does, but I still have to go in the settings to clear somethings. But an app can only do so much so I don't worry. You should get LEO Privacy.https://goo.gl/fP28AK
It is possible that being dropped damaged the hardware. The damaged hardware is now probably causing the phone to crash.
It is also possible that being dropped caused the battery or other components to come loose. If your phone has a removable battery ensure that it is installed firmly. Also check that SIM cards and/or SD cards are not bent or cracked and that they are fully inserted. Remove and reinsert them to check. If those options aren't available to you (ie on an iPhone with no SIM) then the problem may be deeper.
I would highly recommend backing up all your data, if possible, and then performing a factory reset. If the problem persists after a factory reset you may need to consider replacing your phone.
