Your drain system is obstructed, I would remove all the ice and clear out the drain within the freezer section (hint you need to remove the false wall to verify the drain is clear). Then replace the drain tube in the back of the unit by the compressor to correct this issue. Good Luck
If your questioning is how to replace it its no easy task. It involves removing everything from the freezer and all the shelving. The back inner panel of the freezer compartment and then removing and replacing the fan. Followed by reassembling everything.
There is ice build-up behind the plastic casing. If this is not removed it will get worse, If you are pretty handy you can remove the white casing at the back of the fridge and remove the excess ice. If not turn off fridge and let it defrost completely. The alternative is to call Samsung if still in warrantee, if not in warrantee they will charge you to compete this and it will not be cheap!!
Hi, This is a common defrost problem, The ice is not being melted by the defrost system. he fan can't blow into ref. Take out back panel of freezer to check for icw build up. The coils should be clean. There are three components to a defrost system- a heater, heater thermostat, and a timer unless you have a defrost electronic card. Its best handled by a Technician but you could possibly do it by taking your model number to the nearest appliance parts store and asking for the parts. They are mostly located in freezer ,behind back panel on freezer coils.except the card which is usually located in ref The parts store will have info Also check evaporator fan in freezer Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear Clean condenser coils underneath If this was helpful please rate me Thanks for using fixya Leo Ponder imufo2
I would check the relay/overload on the compressor. Pull the unit out and unplug it. At the bottom of the unit in the back remove the cover. Looking at the compressor, on the left side you will see wires. Remove the clip holding the start device in place. Remove the start device. They are usually white or a cream color. Shake it. If it rattles replace it.
You probably have an adaptive timer . The timer is located in the far top right corner in the fresh food section ( refrig ) . A "finger hole" on both sides of the control cover are slightly pulled down then foreward to remove the cover . two 1/4" screws hold the temp indicator on ( 1 on each side ) , then 2 phillip head screws about 3" behind them are to be removed . Lastly , one 1/4" screw straight back ( usually painted white ) has to be removed , and the whole panel drops . There are 2 screws holding the adaptive timer on which you will be able to distinguish , to be removed . Installation is in reverse .
I got the answer myself and thought I would share it.
The E4 code means that the auto defrost is not working. Call beko and tell them the code and they will tell you what part it is. I think the part number is 421445. It is a little black tube with two wires comming out. The part costs about £10. To fit the part you have to go into the feezer side of the fridge and carefully remove the white plastic at the back which is held with clips and one screw.
To find where the part goes look for a long white fatish wire. The black fuse or thermostate is hidden in that. You will see where the wires go when you remove the old one. It is easy to do.
Once you replace the part the error light will still be on but will go out after the fridge is back to being cold. Don't forget to replace the inside of the freezer when done!
Hope this helps.

Coils are probably underneath. remove the grille at the front (usually you just rotate it down to pull off) and then vaccum inside with a wand. If there aren't any coils there either, pull the machine out from the wall, and remove the lower panel from the back side. Inside you should find a fan next to a coil. Make sure that fan is working, and if it isn't make sure it is getting power.
Vacuum out as good as you can, and if you can use compressed air to blow it clean, even better (vacuum first because it will kick out a lot of dust).
If vacuuming the coils doesn't work, then you probably have a freon leakage problem, in which case it is probably not worth the cost of repair.
