In order to reset the bios passwords you will need to contact Dell Support. They will need to verify ownership of the system and then will provide information to reset the password. If you are in the US the number to call is 1-877-624-9896.

if you do not have the bios password you have to open it ..and clear bios by short the pins if you find them...or remove the bios battery for 10 seconds..and will be on factory optimal defolts
