A few things could be wrong.
1. Check if the toner is not bad, all hard as a rock. If so replace it
2. Check to see if the toner bottle isn't dammaged. If so replace it.
3. The toner auger is clogged? Vacuum the whole toner hopper out so it empty then add a fresh new toner. If it adds toner you will know. If it doesn't then the ring the toner bottle sits in is siezed. Remove it and clean throughly.
3. If all that seems good your going to hafta get a new hopper unit.

The bottle only rotates when the machine determines a low toner state in the developer unit. If the bottle does not rotate when the hopper motor is turned on then there could be a defect in the bottle (you would probably hear a loud noise) or the bottle drive has failed. In some cases a small gear on the drive pack is broken.

I have getting error code E000020.

How to change toner
1.Rotate the toner bottom.
2.Open the hopper cover(located in the right side on display) and fit the b oss on the trip of the toner bottle in the grove of the toner supply mouth.
3.Pull the black shutter of the body to the right.Keep pulling until the shutter stops.
4.Pull the shutter of the toner bottle to the right.Toner will be supplied from the toner bootle to the hopper.Tap on the bottom of the toner bottle to make sure that all toner has moved to the hopper.
5.Push the machine shutter to the left until it stops.

The toner supply methode:
1.Rotate the toner bottom as shown ten times.
2.Open the hopper cover and fit the boss on the tip of the toner bootle in the groove of the toner supply mouth.Be sure to push it in until a click is heard.Ckeck to make sure that toner bottle is locked to the toner suplly mouth.
