Hi U might have an app that is corrupted delete all youre apps that U don't need if this doesn't fix youre problem U might have to do a reset back to factory specifications ..good luck
You may have too many apps running. Either close all apps, or reboot the tablet. (Note: Putting tablet to ''sleep'' is _not_ rebooting. You need to literally turn it off and then back on. This option is only if you do not know for sure how to close all apps, and/or if closing all apps does not help). If those two solutions do not work, then uninstall the Tesco app and reinstall it. Best of luck... -Gregg
Firstly do not worry.
Your apps are safe as are your games if you downloaded them from google.
You need to do the following:
Make sure you have a note of your google account details including your login.
Make sure you have the details you need to access the internet, including account, email, login and any access info you need for the router or hub if you are using one.
Perform a hard reset on the device.
Log into the hub if required.
Log onto the internet.
Access your google account and go to 'My Apps'
Re download all your apps and games.
If you need additional help doing any of this link back to this answer and I will help.
Hi.. by going to task manager u should have to clear the previous opened apps.. so that apps are running in background.. so u have to close it every app.. or
Update the Definitions for OS.. then the problem will solve..
Did you try uninstalling the app to see if that was causing a problem? If that doesn't work, is it your network that isn't working or just your device?
Hi in order to move apps to sd card you need place the sd card in your tablet go to settings then applications. On the next screen you've got the list of downloaded apps just clik on one of them and then properties screen come up on which in the second row you will see button move to sd card. Just press on it wait few seconds and your apps is moved. Repeat this for every app but bear in mind that some of the apps can't be moved to sd card
