The coolpix camera's from Nikon, don't have a removable lens, supplies don't try to remove one.
Once removed you won't be able to put it back so it will function again.

My Nikon Coolpix P520 Image Review (play) button doesnt seem to work. Is there a chance this button has been disabled? If so, how do enable it again?

hi,
a question similar to this has come previously, this model camera has a fault like this, in my experience, disconnecting the memory backup (small lithium battery) will cure this. after a five minutes reconnect the battery.if the play button is sticky jut give some cleaning spray through the buttons groove often press it.

Set-up my new Nikon Coolpix P520. Now want to change sound and review settings and can't access set-up choices

Look in what part of the menu you are. If you are in Automatic scene or effects, you only can change few things. Only when you select P,S,A,M or U, you can set lots of things in he menu. Please look in the manual, because on your camera are so many things you can set, if in the correct menu or in the right settings menu.
