Hi Yassine, There are several ways to answer this.
Using Outlook 2003:
1. In Outlook, on the menu .. click TOOLS, then EMAIL ACCOUNTS
2. On the next screen, you will see 2 options: (EMAIL and Directory). Under EMAIL, there should be a green dot in the circle next to "View or Change existing e-mail accounts". If there is a dot, then click NEXT at the bottom
3. Click CHANGE (on the right side of the screen)
4. Under Login information, you will see your username and password fields.
5. Simply enter the new password in the password field.
6. Click NEXT
7. CLICK Finish.
Outlook will attempt to connect with the new password. If sucessful, you should be receiving NEW emails. If not successful, Outlook will display a message "incorrect password or setting". Ensure you have the correct password!
If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user account with administrative privileges you can log into that account and change your original user account's password from the User Accounts applet in Control Panel. ... At the Welcome Screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box.
so first . try to open your Email without any trouble . If it have trouble in opening you need to check weather your email is oppened on any other system . then change your passward . and reset the Email .
If you are sure about your password and email (case sensitive) then i think your password changed by other one.
you can reset your password by using forget password option.(if you can login in your email through which facebook account was created.)
U can reset your passward if u remember the security questions that u had answered at the time of creating the account.Go to "Forgot passward "options for getting those questions. You can also send request to google for restoring of your passward.
