Master reset i want to reset my W960i coz i cant call and even text. the problem is theres a code for reseting

sir please try this keys [1234 or 12345] or [0000 or 00000] to do the master reset for your cellphone. if this keys don`t works please check the phone user guide to find the master reset key......................

You can try Factory Reset or Master reset. Also the best would be use SEUS and reinstall the firmware.

You have to do a master reset. Go to settings and security and select master reset. The code should be 000000. Once it resets you should be all set.

do a master reset and master clear on the phone....if problem persist you should take the phone to a professional mobile tech or store and have them reflash the original frimware or an updated one on the phone.
