My samsung microwave clock turned to military time cant get it back to regular time please help tried to set it and keeps going back to military time

You didn't specify which model so I'll speak generically.

Look for a button called "settings". Under the settings menu you should see a "clock mode" or similar. Select the "12 hour" setting for civilian time.

press clock,then the time(0945) then clock

No sweat, really easy. press clock button once for 12hr twice for military time, then enter time, press clock button again.

However, only some models will allow you to change between standard and military time display modes. Try holding down the CLOCK button until the display prompts you to enter the time. My Samsung did this as well. Unplug for at least two minutes and plug back in. Press the clock button twice. Set the time and press clock button once more. Doesn't have to be correct time, any time will do as you can go back and set correct time later. After pressing clock it should be out of demo mode. Try 1 second on high cooking. This should take care of the problem.

According to the manual:
Press "Clock" pad once to set clock for 12 hour time clock
and
Press "Clock" pad twice to set the time for Military time.

I'm not sure what you mean by "goes to" military time.
Is that after you've already set it for a 12 hour time clock?

I have consulted the Owners Manual and there is no mention of the demo mode. I would suggest that you unplug the unit or disconnect power if it is hard wired in, and try to set the clock then.

Depending on the brand, if you push the clock button more than once it changes from am to pm to military time (24 hour) to am, to pm, etc.

Press "Clock", type in the time on the keypad and then press "Start". The clock runs a little slow (at least on mine) and I have to reset it about once a month. It gets about 10 - 15 minutes behind after awhile.
