Hi Starlette,

First off paypal is owned by ebay. When you sell or buy on ebay your directed to paypal to make payment arrangements if your new and selling you have to offer paypal as a payment option and if your buying you would indeed need good credit to get the paypal credit card. When you buy/sell you will be given the option to pay with paypal. When you click this option you will be taken to paypal to sign into your paypal account. You also will be able to link your cell phone for ebay and paypal alerts, you also will be able to link your bank checking account to your ebay account.

Copy and paste your receipts into an E-mail and send them to jdwa550 . Let jdwa550 sort it out with PayPal. Don't copy and paste any more information in the e-mail that is needed to prove you paid.

I checked with the Beastro Bandanas company as I found this "problem" and was concerned about ordering. They explained to me what occurred and the difficulty they had in resolving your problem.

After several communications from you and responses from them, that you did not respond to, in particular asking you for the specific items that were missing and explaining they do not have telephone customer service and you were only calling a message service.

Once they received a response from you that explained which items you were missing, they were shipped the next morning (10/23) and based on the USPS delivery confirmation scan arrived to you on (10/26.) I have to agree with them, this could have been resolved much sooner if you would have taken the following approach.

Set and assumption of foul play, anger, threats and demands and rather assume they want to fix the problem.

Utilize the communication tools provided, as they will get the best response. That is why they are there and in the policies for contact.

Spell out the problem, with specifics (missing items is not fixable without knowing which items)

Wait a reasonable amount of time for a response (as indicated in company policy statements.)

Monitor, read and respond to communication back to you.

Escalate the issue only if the company does not respond (in a reasonable amount of time and according to there published policy) or do respond that they will not fix the issue.

My order went perfectly, and I believe had your initial message or email said I am missing Bandanas X, Y and Z. they would have sent them out right away.

I don't know if the same system applies nowadays but when I used Paypal a few years ago they I was in the same situation twice. I logged into my account and informed them using 'dispute' and they successfully handled the problem for me.

Hello Elizabeth

If you've ordered anything via PayPal you can always contact the payee via their email address in the order history.

All of their information will be shown so that you can contact them in case you didn't receive what was ordered.

If you send them an email with the details of your order and what you actually received, and they choose not to resolve it (in most cases they will) you can always file a dispute with PayPal against the payee.

You'll need to enter all of the details of the order and what you actually received.

Once the dispute has been posted, the payee receives an email from PayPal informing them of the dispute.

The dispute is monitored by PayPal and if there isn't any resolution within a certain period of time set by PayPal, the payees account will show that they've chosen not to resolve a dispute and is displayed in their account.

I'd suggest contacting "Cats Paw" first and see what they do.

If they choose to ignore you, then you are in your rights to file a dispute.
