When I received this iPad from my daughter & loaded my Facebook it opens in her Facebook. She had every thing removed & reset before she gave it to me.

Get your daughter to go into her Facebook account.
Ask her to go into account settings. You will find an area that allows you to sign in it of ALL devices.

This should disconnect her Facebook account from your iPad.
Uninstall the Facebook app. Soft reset the device (power and home button) then reinstall the app when it comes back on.

How do I remove facebook from my emails?

Go to the bottom of one of the Facebook emails where it says:
If you don't want to receive these emails from Facebook in the future, please unsubscribe.
and click on unsubscribe and follow the instructions.

You can also go to the filters on your email client and create a filter for all emails from FACEBOOK.

When I tap to go onto Facebook it comes up but will not load to see my newsfeed

You might try completely reinstalling the app.

Tap on the facebook icon and hold until a small x appears on the icon. Once the x appears tap the x to remove the app.

Visit the app store and search for Facebook and then install the app.

Maybe a reinstall will solve your issue.

How do I get back into my Facebook account when the timeline notification blocks me?

remove facebook app, turn off ipad. then turn back on and re download the app, when downloaded and installed dont go on facebook go into settings and facebook app then facebook settings and check the setting, also wile there check the video settings and turn off or on wifi only. this will save you memory load it stops the videos play automatically. if this does not sort out the problem then there is another app installed causing the problem.

What exactly is the question?
If the question is, "My Facebook got removed, what can I do to reinstate it?"
A: Talk to Facebook. Email or chat with their customer service. I hear they tend to be fairly reasonable.

If it's "Why did Facebook remove my profile?"
A: Read their Terms of Service, find out what you violated. Most likely it was for violating their 'Real Name' policy, or spamming/being rude/repeated hate comments. Alternately, perhaps it was hacked or lapsed due to inactivity.
