Where do I enter to type my code in to activate Netflix?

2. After signing in, select the profile you would like to watch Netflix from.

Try to activate the account by connecting to Netflix using a computer.

Lets use Netflix for an example. Other programs will do the same. When you select Netflix from the menu there will be a message to enter the code that is shown on the screen.. To do this you log on to Netflix, pay the subscription price and then type in the code you see on your TV screen. Once that is done Netflix will become operational.

If you're trying to setup Netflix on a Roku, a BluRay player, or other video device the device gives you the access code and an internet address on Netflix to enter that code from your computer.

Sounds like the NetFlix app updated and lost your previous login info. If your NetFlix account is still active, simple put the e-mail address and password into the correct fields.
