Or you can try, press the mode button, see the display flashing, now press set for each function you want, after each function press mode again to move onto next function, hour minute etc., when all functions are set, presss mode again for steady display. You may have to press and hold down mode button from the start for 2-3 seconds to see display flashing, once you do, you can use set to adjust all functions.

press and hold adjust button until digits flash (the digit that flashing is changeable by reverse and forward) mode is to choose what you are about to change. if your done with the digital time, press adjust once. for analogue time: press mode button until it reaches the word "H.SET" press and hold the adjust button then the word H.SET replaced by the time that you had been set for the digital time. then you can now use the reverse or forward to set the analogue time. if your done press the adjust button once then the mode button once. i hope i had been helped you.
