My laptop won't display a certain web page every other device does what do I do please?

Update all of your plugins, and windows itself. Some sites may not display correctly because of a slow connection too.

Is this happening with every web page or only certain ones? What web browser are you using? Please provide some details.

You need to download the video drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model laptop and the XP or Vista Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Click on this link to download the drivers: -

I think that the right question to ask would be what things make it display the error page? This issue has occurred on browsers like firefox and internet explorer in the past when people visit sites that login options on the front page.

do you have a proxy server configured in you IE?

tools, options, connections, lan connections. Is the option Proxy server enabled and configured? If so please disable and try again.
