IF YOU TRY TO GET A NEW OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLED LET IT FINISH COZ U MOVED THE CD OUT OF THE DVD CD ROM AND THE PC FAILED SO U NEED TO FRESH INSTALL UR OPERATING SYSTEM BUDDY
Apparently your Acer cannot find the operating system. As soon as the Acer logo comes up, there should appear in one of the bottom corners "F" & a number should appear. Immediately start pressing that F number (top row of keyboard). This should take you to a boot screen. Scroll down to boot sequence. Hit enter. Make sure boot-up sequence is CD or floppy drive first, second should be HDD, then escape. Restart computer. Should then boot off CD drive. I am assuming you have an operating system (XP, windows, etc.). Let me know if this doesn't work.
1) Shut down your computer and disconnect the battery and also the Ac adapter which is connected to your laptop, and then once your computer is Off just press and hold power button for at least 15-20 sec and yes do not lift your finger from the power button 2) Reconnect everything Battery as well as your Ac adapter, and try to see if the issue is resolved or not 3) Load BIOS setup Default 4) Try to go to safe mode 5) Do system restore when your computer was working fine
I hope this will answer and fix your issue Regards MAJID KHAN
Try turning it on then performing a hard reset. Press and hold the power button till it turns off. Remove battery and power adapter for 30 seconds. It should boot right up after that reset. Please provide feedback so we can get to the source of your problem.
Unplugg any external device and restart the computer. If still not, Click on F2 as soon as the computer restarts.. It will open BIOS, press F9 & then F10. Restart the computer.
