Use another phone to call your telecom provider and aks them to provide your PUK code.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Might be you using vodafone or MTS sim card so get in touch with your customer care they will inform you about its PUK CODE

your gonna see your PUK code on the card (where your sim is attached before you put it in your phone) :) try to check it!

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN numberto unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered afterthe 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require anew SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer care of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

Just call your provider and tell them you need a PUK code, they will be more than happy to give it to you.
you may also get it from the company website or go into the provider store.
