How do i dissable internal microphone

Try a hard reboot that sometimes fixes glitches including keyboard issues. To do this power down PC, unplug and remove battery. Then hold the power button down for 30 seconds, put battery back in and then plug the PC back in. Power up and see if keyboard works now.

I would first verify the power brick is putting out the correct amps and voltage. These values should be listed on the brick itself. You can test these with a multimeter. If the brick is working then your issue is either the DC jack on the motherboard or the motherboard itself and in both cases it is easiest to just replace the motherboard. You can probably find a board on amazon.com but just make sure it is for your model laptop.

Try charging, replacing the battery

Reboot. Asus has problems at post. Also make sure it is charge. They are very slow to charge and if the battery is low will not always log on.

Contact Asus, if you can prove ownership they may be able to assist you.

either a dead battery or a failed CPU / motherboard they would fail from a drop or from defects so i would recomend to take it in ONLY IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY or else you might aswell buy a new laptop because it would be cheaper
