I have an apple 5s iphone brouth it from my friend & now iam using that its asking apple id but my friend has forget is password and as well as security questions for password recovery please help me to create new apple id to use

Everytime you buy an iPhone whatever its version you have to ask the seller to deactivate "find my iPhone" and sign out of his ID, so you can create a new one.

Whatever you paid for that phone is too much. Phone is locked by activation lock to your friends account and until it is unlocked during first problem it will become useless brick. Return it, get you money back.

I would suggest you create a new apple ID as any device you purchase in future would have a similar situation.

That happens to me, I forget, then I write in the website line Apple then a curtain falls down and I scroll down to "create an Apple ID ",
click and start creating a new Apple ID, another way is to write in the Google search line "create a new Apple id"
