then there is a list of 43 drivers, 7 Operational Manuals, and 15 Software items, all of which can be downloaded for installation, reference etc. You will need to go through the lists and download those you want/need, or even maybe all of them. I don't know if you will need to register with the site or not, but even if you do, it is Sharp's own site and all the items will be free of charge.

Have you tried replacing the Black Cartridge ?

There is a hidden power switch that might have gotten turned off...it's under the front cover where the toner is in the bottom left hand corner. If that is off nothing will power on. If that it on and it still won't work the power supply probably needs to be replaced, which will be an expensive repair.
