How come I can't get my Kirby Ultimate G sold, even for a fraction of the price we bought it for? I also cannot find anyone who can service my machine or where I can get a roller brush for it. I live near Mossel Bay. Annelene Tel. 076 160 4200

only use a genuine kirby belt. not copys that are sold on the web. it sounds like one of the end bearings is jammed with human hairs, remove end cap and cut out with a stanly blade

If you had a kirby that was 1990 or newer - it has not changed much. If you had one older - then you will love the power drive option on the Ultimate G and it has more power than models prior 1990

Hi, I'm Jon IO used to sell these machines and I also own an Ultimate G, And sounds like to me it's a loose or broken transmission belt, I think you should have your local Kirby dealer take a look at it or even a good quality vacuum shop will be able to look at it.
