maybe they are clogged, try some lubricaton like wd40, this would be a short term solution. maybe they could do with a good clean, think of all the dust they are made to go through.maybe they have just jammed and could do with being replaced
The belt is probably worn, stretched or broken that is why it is not picking up. Here is
a link to the owners manual which has instructions and a link to the
belt you need.
With the vacuum flattened (straightened) out, turn it over and remove the back roller cover, (2 screws) once off, the roller should just pop out on the opposite side (opposite from the belt). Don't forget to turn the roller to center the belt once you have it on.
