My storm series torque SP wheelchair the following message when I turn it on: ALL DRIVE AND SEATING CONTROL SETTINGS HAVE BEEN ERASED and it does not move. What can I do? Please help! I am stuck. Estelle

It can't locate a working boot disc. Most likely lost communications with hard drive. Look in BIOS again to see it recognizes the drive. If not try re-seating / reconnecting drive.

Behind the drive wheels is a selenoid that has a flip up for "PUSH" and flip down for "DRIVE", make sure they are both in "DRIVE". That's what worked for me.

Indeed, the best cost savings for this repair is an independant person such as Domingo Sanchez of Wheelchair Wizard in Citrus Heights, California. If possible, you should attempt to verify this is your problem component before going to the expense of repairing it. Domingo should be able to help you with this.

goto invacare.com when the home page comes up on the left side of the page you will see product catalog under that select Wheelchairs and top end. Next screen select Power Wheelchairs. Next screen select Pronto Series. Next screen select non-powered seating. Next screen select Pronto M51 with Sure Step. That is the last screen on the left side you will see owners manual select that and you can print it out with Adobe. Good Luck Hope this helps

Resets the following user tool settings:
Maintenance menu: Main scan registration, sub scan registration, image
density, curl control
