There are certain photos and videos which come factory installed with mobile devices. Try as you may these photos cannot be deleted because they are right protected. Use the Nokia Photos application on your PC. Connect your phone to the PC using for example USB cable. In the left top corner of the application the name of your phone should appear. Click on it - it will turn green. Now you will see the photos on your phone. Select the icons that you want to delete and press delete (on the keyboard).
