Everything is working on my washing machine spinner drain but the washer is not it starts for a few seconds and then stops it is a hotpoint aqualtis model n aq9d69u what is the problem

check pump is not blocked

sounds like a motor capasator

find a dealer and get a manual for the washer it will have a trouble shooting section will tell exactly what is wrong

the pump could possibly be jammed. you will need to drain the machine and remove the filter to check for any obstruction
