Without the exact model number, it is difficult to best assist you. Perhaps I suggest you give Eaton a call:
Toll Free: 1 800 843 9433
International: +1 919 871 1800
E-mail: [email protected]
You can view the manual here in the documentation tab:

I have an Eaton 9355 20kva system. Theres an alarm #188 Bypass Failure and notice#105 Bypass Not available. The batteries are also not charging or the battery current is reading 0 amps. When the power goes...

Bypass failure is the same as your input unless you have a dual input. You lost power and the UPS did not hold the load because the batteries are bad. Replace the batteries and you will be ok.

Alarm: bypass phase rotation, What is it?

it indicates you have a polarity issue on your bypass feed. Most likely L1, L2 or L3 are mixed up (rotated). So you are using L2 as L1 or something like that. You should check (measure) the phase rotation/polarity.

I have a Powerware Plus UPS system and it not in normal mode. It is simply not working for our hospital any more. HOw do I purchase a new one or repair the one I have temporarily

Here is the documentation page for the Plus 36: http://powerquality.eaton.com/Products-services/legacy/plus-info.asp The Powerware Plus 36 can be serviced but it is a legacy product that is no longer manufactured. Eaton purchased Powerware and retained the service organization so there are lots of people trained to service this unit. For a replacement unit, you'd probably be looking at the Eaton 9355: www.eaton.com/9355 For Plus 36 service, here is the contact info: Toll Free: 1 800 843 9433
