You can use the attached diagram for assistance, but here goes:
1. Blue/Yellow (Pin 1) - Illumination (+12V) (when headlights on)
2. Black/Yellow (Pin 1) - Main Power (+12V)
3. Light Green/Black (Pin 2) - Memory Power (+12v)
4. Black (Pin 11) - Ground
5. Blue/Red (Pin 9) - Left Front Spkr Return (-)
6. Green (Pin 19) - Left Front Spkr Signal (+)
7. Brown (Pin 10) - Right Front Spkr Return (-)
8. Light Green/Yellow (Pin 20) - Right Front Spkr Signal (+)
9. Blue/Orange (Pin 7) - Left Rear Spkr Return (-)
10. Green/Yellow (Pin 17) - Left Rear Spkr Signal (+)
11. Green/Red (Pin 8) - Right Rear Spkr Return (-)
(Note here that the wire color at the rear speaker is
Green/Blue - not sure if this is a misprint (see diagram))

Hi this is only a try it may work
Start with the printer OFF

1. Hold down RESUME and then hold down POWER
2. Release RESUME
3. Press RESUME twice, then release POWER
4. Let green light blink until printer is done futzing

Select function with RESUME press POWER to execute:
presses - light color - function

Number of presses - light color - function
0 presses - green - Test print (or exit service mode on i960)
1 press - orange - EEPROM info print (plus grid nozzle diagnostic on i960)
2 presses - green - EEPROM initialize
3 presses - orange - Reset waste ink counter

Green and yellow is a service error, but it flashes a longer green, and then the green yellow flashes, and a longer green again. You need to count the number of yellow-greens in between the longer green flashes, to know the error code.

sound like your main board is bad or it has a short to ground
remove it and put it back if same then change it

sounds like something is drawing down on your 12 volt supply drives or on board regulators. Try it without the drives connectged, and see if you can get the system to boot up(you'll just get a notice that your drives are unavailable, but you'll already know that, right?
