How do I change the temperature display on a Digitech XC-0366 weather station from Degrees F to Degrees C?

Try changes all the batteries.

If that doesn't work, you just buy another, as there is no repair or spares service.

Normally it has to be done in order. Remove both lots of batteries. Put the base unit batteries in first and then put in the outside unit batteries. they should pair. In fact the manual states that.

Instructions:
- Open the battery compartment on the weather station and insert 2 x AA
batteries, taking care to put them in the correct polarity. Close the battery
compartment.
- Open the battery compartment on the transmitter and insert 2 x AA batteries,
taking care to put them in the correct polarity. Close the battery
compartment.
Note: Ensure to install the batteries into the weather station and transmitter
within the same hour to ensure that they synchronize properly.

Temperature Alert Setting: You can program your weather station to sound an alert whenever the outdoor temperature exceeds the upper or lower pre-set limit.

Push the F/C button on the back of the home unit to change what units it displays.

The alarm is a freeze alarm, it's a extra option, included at no charge, but only on channel 1.

Change to another channel, and it will be gone.

Press Set-up, third round button from right and hold it down until "hour" on the time display flashes. Then press "set-up" again, and again (for me it was 8 times), until you get to where the "C" is flashing you want to change to "F." Now, press "Min" on the far left once to change it to "F." Press "set-up" two more times to get out of the cycle, and you're done.
