A Defective control panel is about the only thing that will cause this.

You may do WoL if your Lan adapter (cable or wireless) has the capability. Check DeviceAdministration/Select network card/Properties/Advanced

My only suggestion would be to go into Windows power options on control panel and see what it's set to do at shutdown.If it goes into hibernation,it will dump everything in RAM,which includes your WOL process.Try setting it to sleep instead and set the put computer to sleep time where you want.
Also,there's a link to "choose what the power button does",set that to sleep as well.

I have a Bosch wol 220 washer, it is not clearing the water on spin. I have checked for blockages and it appears clears.
