SC 441 Trans/development motor error - check for binding/overload on motor -Carl

It happen when there is a slight load tansfer belt. What l did was..clean all the rollers & bushings underneath the transfer belt. Threre are 3 rollers..4 bearings & 2 bushings. Remove all stains.. And also you could polish the surface of the transfer belt by using car polish liquid to smoothen the belt rotation

SC 440 main motor malfunction.Check the gears and the drum motor mechanical parts on the drive transmissions.For more details please the copier model.

SC 441 - development motor lock.Possible causes:
too much load on the drive mechanism
development motor defective
poor drum motor connector connection
interface board defective

replace thermistor

The machine have problem with the transfer roller or the motor which drives the transfer is overloaded,
see do the right door is closed good if this not help it will need to be checked by a technician

02. type 107 same time
03. Press hold down clear key 5 secend ( red key)
Belinkin 1 on the copy counter left hand side
04. type 5 and press # ,type 810 and press #
05. tarn of the machine and tarn ON the machine.

Transfer belt cleaning unit.
open top cover, cleaning unit cover(2 black tabs rear)
pull unit slowly. check if paper jam or gears not turning

441 PCU (CMY) motor error
The drive motor of the CMY
PCU is not locked.
• Defective gear
• Voltage between pins 2 and 14 (CN12 on engine
control board) abnormal (not +24V), or pin 12
(CN12 on engine control board) unable to send
motor clock
• Defective CMY PCU drive motor
1. Replace the CMY PCU.
2. Replace the engine control board.
3. Replace the main drive unit assembly.

I would try replacing the CMY PCU (Drums (Photo Conductor Units) first before any of the others.
