You have a digit limit set on the cash button. It has been programmed to allow only a small amount to be paid via cash. Hi. It is a non re-settable total to stop fraudulent activity. You would have to RAM clear the whole machine and start from scratch to clear it. You can stop it from printing if you like. There is a setting to turn of grand total printing. Use the machine features tables on your book to set the grand total to not print if it annoys you.
