Get a credit card - you could go down to the post office and get a load and go card. Very handy for internet purchases on sites without pay pal option. Works like a credit card and you can go into Post office and to pit up with cash. You could also hook it up to your pay pal account or add a bank account to your pay pal account see my other answer for more info on adding a bank account to pay pal as you posted this question twice.

I want to put my new visa card on my account

You would be better off putting your bank card on.
A Visa card will cost you for every transaction where as a bank card will not its a direct debit from your Bank Account.

You should contact the Visa Card Bank and find out any costs of transactions first.
Have the credit card you want to add to your PayPal account readily available.
You can also add any debit card that has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.

Log in to your PayPal account using your email address and password. This will bring you to the "My Account Overview" page.

Click the "Edit Profile" link, located next to your name and email address under the page title. This will bring you to the "Profile Summary" page.
Look at the three columns on the summary page and find the hyperlink that says "Credit/Debit Cards" in the "Financial Information" column.

Click on that link.
You will be brought to a page that shows you a summary of the credit and debit cards you have associated with your PayPal account.
Remove any credit or debit cards that you no longer wish to have attached to your account by clicking on the circle next to the description of the card and then hitting the remove button.
Find the "Add New Card" icon, located near your credit or debit card information. Click the button and fill in all the requested information, making sure that the billing information is correct.

If the billing information is different than that of the cards you already have on your PayPal account, be certain to use the "Enter New Address as Billing Address" button.
Hit the "Add Card" button.
You will be redirected to the "Credit/Debit Cards" page, at which time you can make the new card your primary source of funding or just leave it as a secondary card.

Can i use paypal to book flights ?

Booking travel accommodations is normally routine.
An issue can arise when you don't have access to a credit card to make the reservations.
There are ways around this and a little advance planning makes it a painless project.
Book your airplane tickets with your checking account.
In many cases, on the payment page of your favorite travel site there will be a way to select your method of payment.
If you choose to use your checking account, you will need to enter your routing and transit numbers, found at the bottom of your checks.
There will be an example on the website.
The money is then transferred from your checking account to the agency and your tickets are reserved.
It is also possible to do this if you are using a travel agent or if you have contacted an airline directly.
Buy a prepaid debit card.
Available in many locations, you can purchase a debit card for a nominal amount and then pay case at the time of purchase to fill the card.
You can then use the debit card as you would a Visa or Master card and purchase your airline tickets online, from a travel agent or directly from an airline.

Use Paypal to purchase your tickets.
If you are looking to purchase your tickets online and don't want to give the site your checking account information, consider using Paypal.
You can transfer enough money into the Paypal account to cover the tickets and use Paypal as your method of payment.
Alternately, if you have a Paypal debit card you can use that in lieu of a credit card.

Pay for your tickets with cash.
While this method doesn't work online, it does work for both travel agents and airlines.
You take the necessary amount of money in cash, purchase the tickets and the matter is resolved.

How to get paid

Hi ozbugrace880

REALIZING CASH FROM A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

You can register your bank account (this must be an account that can send out and receive electronic payments) with PayPal and then transfer funds in between your bank and your PayPal account. For information about managing and accessing money received through a PayPal account (go to your country specific PayPal site for local financial regulations guidelines), see here:

https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp;jsessionid=pxjVT1cZcFhmgqTDKKrQ1LV2q5bQ7gv9XndSJFCrG1hpM1pmgrGZ!1869012266?locale=en_GB&_dyncharset=UTF-8&countrycode=GB&cmd=_help&serverInstance=9002&t=solutionTab&ft=browseTab&ps=solutionPanels&solutionId=163301&isSrch=Yes

The PayPal System is a commercial, revenue generating business model. It is designed to earn revenue for PayPal as well as to provide its global users with a secure, safe way to complete transactions over the internet. So, PayPal is set up to keep any money in users' PayPal accounts for as long as possible, so that as many transactions as possible are conducted via PayPal, each transaction earning a fee for PayPal.

However, the Law requires bank (or similar financial organisations) account holders to be able to directly access any cash held in their accounts if they so wish. PayPal complies with the Law by allowing money from a PayPal account to be transferred to a bank account as long as that bank account is registered with and verified by PayPal. PayPal can justify this convoluted and indirect method of allowing account holder access to cash, on both the maintenance of PayPal account security grounds and compliance with Money Laundering Legislation grounds.

I believe that PayPal also have an Own Brand MasterCard, operated for PayPal by Santander Bank, to and from which PayPal account funds can also be transferred. Using this card normally incurs fees.

PayPal funds can also be loaded onto reloadable debit cards such as the Payoneer MasterCard. Using this card normally incurs fees.

The only other possible way of realising cash from PayPal Accounts, depending on where the user lives, is by purchasing something online with PayPal funds that can then be physically returned for a Cash Refund from a physical branch of the company that supplied the item in the town or city where the user lives.

As an example, in the UK (specifically London), discounted travel can be paid for using a Debit Card called Oyster which can be obtained, for a small, fully refundable deposit, from any underground and most overground train stations as well as from a network of authorised Oyster retailers in the city. It is possible to top up the Oyster card online, using PayPal funds. The Oyster Card can then be cashed in for its full cash balance plus card deposit at any London Underground and most overground Train Stations. The user can then later pay the small deposit for a new Oyster Card.

In this 'Refund' method it is, of course, essential to establish, beforehand, the exact refund policy of the supplier before going ahead with any purchase. Some suppliers may, on security grounds, exercise the right to refuse a cash refund and to, instead, re-credit the relevant PayPal account.

I hope this helps.

I want to have my paypal go to my debit

If I understood your question right you want to withdraw your funds to your debit card. If that's what you mean you should have completed the following first:

- Verify your Paypal by following the instructions on the paypal site. usually you need to add your debit card first by using the debit card number not the debit bank account number

- If already verified Add the same debit card on your paypal by clicking Profile then add bank account. This time use the debit card bank account number. You should also know the bank code for paypal. You bank can tell you that.

Now if you want to withdraw your funds you just need to click withdraw menu then choose the debit card bank account you just added.

Dont have credit card can still use paypal

You can use PayPal as a way to receive money without a credit card or debit card. Although if you have a bank account you want the money transferred to, you will need to have some way to transfer the funds through paypal using your account.
If you want to send money, you need your bank account/debit card/credit card linked to paypal.
