My G5 freezes constantly. What can I do.

not even its deskop, laptop,notepad, or all in one, bla bla.

so the PC runs perfect , not using browser, right (fist thingsfirst)
IE-11 fails, run firefox v56_ ,chrome fails, and edge.too.

that beeping means serious failing.
no hit on google but 1, at gumtree UK
says that magic word DESKTOP, wow i can now talk smarter,
wow. $60 Euros used. is this thing OLD?
is windows defender running and up to date,run scan with it,full yet?

freezing has many causes. (one of the longest lists possible)

1. OS malware infections. endless....
2. out of memory from above or? startup programs using it all up. run task manager, see that and correct that .
3. CPU overload, same deal run taskmanager see that and why and what process are guilty.
4. run the event viewer see if there are errors there.
5. the internet is slows. or if using wifi,well that IS ITS specialty.
6. HDD failing ,slows system for sure, run disk tests.

make sure doors close and seal all the way. are the doors being open constantly and in a high humidity area?
Is the set temp too low? How many defrost per 24 hours. Should be 4 and about 20 minutes each cycle.

restart with the shift key down. It will start in safe mode and run a permissions check. It will take a while, maybe 5 or 10 minutes, so go make a coffee. When it opens, then go run disk utility and check your disk. If there are major problems, dont even shut it down, just back up everything that matters.

go to start - accessories - system tools - system restore - choose a date when it was working fine, preferably the earliest date. then wait for it to shut down and restart. you will not lose any saved files or folders, you will only lose programs installed after the date you choose.

Try unplug bamboo tablet,repair permissions, intall newest driver from web page , run repair permissions again and plug bamboo, it should be it.

get your phone flashed to the factory settings 

It seems the micro switch for the door close have moved from and is not aline the door clip or the micro switch is faulty

try disabling your firewall or anti-virus or both
