Have a Hoover Boss 7.5 kg 2315L top loader machine over 10 years old it is not spinning out on the final cycle? Machine appeared o be off balance & cleaned up the rods they are moving more freely. There appears to be a lot of oil or crease splashed where these arms are located.

They are a funny little machine. The disc in the bottom is the agitator. My first thought was that you weren't locking the lid down properly, but if it spins, you are. Unfortunately, it sounds broken.

If it is a top loader, it is a problem with the safety switch on the lid lock.

If is is a front loader, you need a service call, it _may_ be the main board.

FWIW, Bush make radios and televisions so they are not so good at washing machines.

Hello.. DE Error means door error but if wash cycle is working properly means you need to change your drain motor.

Make sure washer is on a level surface and all four feet adjusted properly. A slight forward lean may help with this problem as the out of balance switch is at the rear.

Sounds like a belt problem!
Or the linkage connecting the transmission to the agitator.
Or the WORST THE TRANSMISSION IS GOING!


If the appliance is 10 years old or more you may not be advisable to put good money into bad!

Sounds like the switch which cuts the machine off when the load is unbalanced. My guess is that: This switch is being triggered too easily The springs holding the bowl up are either stretched or one is broken; The machine may not be level.
