What is the difference between HOME PAGE and MY NAME. I don't know which page it is that my friends see, and what page do I delete stuff from?

Everyone can see every thing on your page unless you make it private, messages are only seen by the person you send them to .

Go to his page and remove him from your friends or unsubscribe the updates. Both on one button.

From your Home page, look on the left column and you will find Messages there. Click Messages, and at the top you will see New Message button. Click to send a new message, type out your message and fill in the TO area. It should attempt to autofill the name of your friend for you.

You may delete someone from your friends list by performing the following steps.

1. Click on Account, then click on Edit Friends. (see pic.1)

2. Click the "X" mark at the end of the person on your friends list. (see pic.2)

click start control panel internet options you will see a home page box To Create Page Tabs type each adress on its own line (type in facebook.com) or your preferred browser
facebook has a forgot password utility type in a password if its wrong a page will open with forgot password utility you will have to type in you email adress or your facebook account name or your friends name

from the top right on your page click on Account, then move to edit friends.on the left side of the page click on friends, you will see picture and name of your friends, then click on x on the one you want delete and it will be deleted.ok

Click on Account> Edit Friends
Then click on "Friends" under "Lists" on the left side of the screen.
It looks like your best bet is to just manually unfriend each of them by clicking on the "x" button to the right of their names, then click "remove" on the popup.

I don't think there's a way to delete all of them at once, unless you delete your account (Account> Account Settings> Deactivate account) and start over.

You can remove a friend a few different ways.

1. You can pull down the tab beside "Friends" at the top of the page and go to "All Friends" and look for the persons name you would like to remove and it should say remove as friend beside their name and picture.

2. You can go to their profile and scroll down to the very bottom and it should say remove as friend.

There are probably more ways than this, but one of these should work.
