SOURCE: I bought a coby tablet
It might be the version of the Android on it. If you use Android 2.1, then you have to upgrade it to Android 2.2, then you will be able to play Flashcontent.
But bad news is, that you have to wait, until Coby releases an Android 2.2 upgrade for Kyros (http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-tablets/3663-coby-kyros-7015-tablet-questions.html), because if you upgrade your tablet PC from elsewhere, then it might be malfunctioning.
SOURCE: Cannot access Appslib app library
I couldn't either! So, I uninstalled the appslib and reinstalled it and it works great now! You have to reset everything and you will lose apps I guess if you have any, I had none so this didn't affect me. If you go to Coby's website and under FAQ's it explains how to uninstall and install. Good luck!

Press the ?123 button on the bottom left hand side of the keyboard. Then press the ALT key. This will bring you to the second screen of symbols. The underscore ( _ ) key is in the middle of the keyboard. Hope this helps :)

SOURCE: my Coby 7125-4 says its not compatible with AppsLib
I am having the same problem with the mid7120. I bought two for my boys for Xmas. The appslib worked the day before Christmas. On Christmas day, I noticed their site was under maintenance. Now it says my device is not compatible on one and says to reset the date to June 20,2010 on the other.
SOURCE: Why don't the AppsLib work
Watch this Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BrWSC2uiAg
The model he's using is the 7022, but the same procedure works for the 7125. Download the APK files that are linked in the video description and then connect you 7125 to your computer to copy them over. Once you have them copied, use the APK Installer that came pre-installed on your 7125 to load them. Make sure you load them in the order given on the video! I loaded them in the wrong order the first time and had to do a factory reset because the Back button (silver circle) no longer functioned.
Once you do all this you will be able to load the typical Android Marketplace and ditch the AppLib that doesn't seem to work.
