Usually, all you have to do is call your cell phone number and then you will be prompted to set up your voicemail out-going message, etc
If you are unsure, the best thing to do is, on a secondary phone that is not your cell phone that you want to set up the voicemail, call your cellular service customer support number. This number might be on your cellular bill. They can help walk you through setting it up step by step since each type of phone and phone service is different.
Voice mails are set up from the phone company. Your phone has no control over the voice mailing service other than assigning a speed dial to it. You should call your phone company on their customer service number and they will tell your the number to call for setting up your voice mail box.
First of all you need to know the number you dial for voicemail. Make a note of this. Then, go to the dialpad and dial: *#61# and press Call. A box will popup telling you what the redirect to voicemail delay is. On my handset the default was 15 seconds. Now, dial: **61******SECS# and press Call where *** is your voicemail number and SECS is the number of seconds you want it to ring for before diverting. For example, on Vodafone UK the voicemail number is 121 so to set the ring for 30 seconds before diverting, dial: **61*121**30# Once the box has come up saying it was successful you can use *#61# again to check the setting.
Please tell me the model of your phone. However, you can do this with the use of your phone profile i.e from the phone click on it the screw down to the profile then click on it screw to setting or turn setting from there you will be able to get to greeting setting or turn from this step you will be able to activate the turn again . Good luck.
The voicemail number is predetermined by the service provider and may differ from your actual mobile number. When setting up your voicemail, you are only required to press and hold the #1 key until you are connected to voicemail. When you are setting up your voicemail, the only number that you should be required to input, would be your password that enables you to access your mailbox remotely/from another phone, to listen to your messages.

If you just got this phone, try to use the last 4 digits of your number as a possible number. If that doesn't work, try 1234 or 0000. If none of that works for you, the only other best possible solution I could give you would be to go to the nearest Alltel store to you and ask that they reset your voicemail password for you.
Use the super key again to program a speed dial key that dials the voicemails number. Instead of selecting 'clear' slect "change" and type in the number. To find the number of the voicemail, go to another phone and press their voicemail key and watch the display. It may briefly display the voicemial group number. You also can dial the voicemail number without the use of a button on your phone. But, you have to know the voicemail group number to dail it. Sorry i dont know the number to tell you, it could be anything that the installer decided to make it.
