I hope there is a file/folder viewer in your android phone. If not, install any file explorer (Ex : ES File Explorer). Open that application and go to your device storage. From there you can check the downloads folder and delete whichever files you want.

Go to Phone book on your phone.
It will display the Names List/Phone numbers you have saved.
Click on the number you want to edit/delete.
Once the name/number is displayed, click on options and then Edit/Delete the Name/Number.
you need to go to your contacts click options or menu.... click manage contacts then delete... or if you dont have that go to contacts, names, options, delete contacts

But it was important who I selected first. I sent a message to my wife and my friend.My wife's name got added back to my top three! Then I reversed and sent a message to my friend and to my wife. His name got added back!
