I forgot my paypal login email and password

At the login page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. They will email you a temporary password so that you can create a new one.

Phone: 888-221-1161 How to reach a live person: Press 0 each time recording begins playing. Took me 7 times. Hours of Operation: I think 24/7. I called at 4:00am PT on a Friday morning and someone picked up eventually.

As per Paypal:

Press the forgot password link and they will send it to your email or just contact them, they will tell you or create u a new one.
