Follow the link above. You will find a link to a dealer in your area that will have the proper parts for your toilet. Often these toilets have brand spacific parts for them. The poblem with places like Lowes, in regards to their employees is that they are not trained to know the details about repair. Most of these people have never been in the industry in which they are selling products for. Also, most homeowners arent concerned about how they are going to repair this product at the moment, just how it looks at the time of purchase plus most homeowners don't repair their own, they hire it done. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: tank won't fill unless I push down on flush valve inside toilet

Hello there
ok first when the valve inside of the tank is wearing out or is dirty this will happen you can take a washrag and clean the underside of themechanism really good and also the part that it rests on providing that you can get to it

if there are no screws to adjust the water reg valve see if it will turn clockwise to shorten the arm making it turn off or if needed turn it counter clock wise i have had to also slightly bend the arm down in some units to make the water stop after the tank is full so you may want to try that too ok
hope that this helps
best regards michael

SOURCE: We bought the Jacuzzi Perfecta toilet 1 year ago

The complication here is that Jacuzzi does not make toilets anymore than Sears makes refrigerators. In Sear's case their Kenmore refrigerators are from Whirlpool with the Kenmore name.

It is my understanding that Eljer was the manufacturer of the toilets with the Jacuzzi name typically sold at box stores. With that as a starting point, surf the web for any Eljer toilet tank replacement parts and see if you can find a similiar flusher

Jacuzzi toilet

After flush the system must close the hole which lets water into the toilet. If it does not close after flush, it is continuously letting the water thru. Check if it closes after flush and allows tank to fill.

Toilet tank fills slowly

My sister has a two year old Jacuzzi toilet that worked fine until a few months ago. Then it started to take 10 minutes to shut off after each flush. I lifted the tank cover and immediately saw the problem; at least 90% of the refill water was going into the refill pipe instead of the tank. Upon examination I discovered that the plastic part that holds the flexible refill tube to the vertical refill pipe was broken. This part not only holds the refill tube in place, it also has a small orifice at the end to restrict the flow into the pipe. The part was broken in such a way as to let nearly all the water go into the refill pipe instead of the tank, hence it would run for 10 minutes after the toilet bowl was full and waste all that water. I found a small coarse thread stainless steel screw that fit into the plastic attachment piece to help plug the orifice and cut down the amount of water going to the refill pipe. Now the toilet flushes and refills in less than 2 minutes. I'm in the process of trying to find a replacement for that part but so far no luck.

Jacuzzi toilets installed one year ago - for the first year toilets filled up in a matter of seconds - now both toilets are taking up to 4-5 minutes to fill up the back tank. nothing has changed - why...

sounds like you may have debris in your lines. I was not aware of this until recently but, you should drain your water heater once a year to get rid of sediments that linger and travel through your lines causing possible blockage problems. Try turning your water valve off. Flush toilet so there is no water in the toilet or tank. Unscrew your line to shut off valve to make sure there's no debris. Good Luck!

I have a Jacuzzi Perfecta toilet (bought Aug. 21, 2008) at Lowe's. I have the sales ticket. The toilet works fine. The tank fills very slowly (2 minutes) before it shuts off. It also makes a whistling...

Have you tried shutting water off and take top of valve appart and flush it out. It may have something in valve causing water to be restricted. It will have an arrow on it to direction to get it to come off.

Take appart and clean rubber disc and you can put something over top of valve , a small cup or something to enable you to flush the tank. Have someone help you and hold the cup above the valve so that when you turn water on for a few bursts to flush out the valve it goes into tank.

The actual stream that flows through valve is restricted down to almost 1/8 " opening so it wouldn't take mush to block the flow of water.

The disc you take out you can replace it, if it seems to be damaged and not working correctly. That will affect the flow also.
