Electrolux wt30 commercial dishwasher Detergent not going into machine

Hobart commercial machines are designed to run with commercial chemicals. There will either be an internal dispenser or an external unit supplied by the chemical supplier. Rinse aid is dispensed directly into the boiler. Detergent to the wash tank. The chemicals used are commercial strength so not required in the same quantity as domestics.

Contact the manufacturer. There may be a problem with the unit. It should be under warranty.

Hello Said Raji - Are you certain the error code is C8? Could it possibly be CE? If so, it typically indicates that the dishwasher has detected a configuration error. A professional will need to check the wiring connections between keypad and main control board.

Stop using the powdered detergent. It has a reputation for clogging up machines and pumps. ALWAYS use the liquid detergent.

You can go to Walmart or your local grocery retailer and purchase some dishwasher cleaner for the machine, they are usually made by the detergent manufacturers, similar to the product listed HERE.

there is a place to put the soap on the front of that one.just unscrew the cap.. that's a really nice dishwasher by the way. i've never had the pleasure of installing one.
