How do get the comma out. It has 0,00 and I want 0.00

To add commas to your spreadsheet you need the format the numbers. If you want your whole spreadsheet to use commas, click on the area to the left of column A and above number 1. This should highlight the whole spreadsheet. Click on the "," icon in the "number" area, and your spreadsheet will be formatted to put commas in.

P12c display from Comma to Point This document describes how to change the display of the decimal point on the HP 12C (HP12C) Calculator from a comma (commas) back to a decimal point.
Instructions

1. Turn off the calculator.
2. Hold down the decimal point.
3. Continue to hold the decimal point key, while turning on the calculator.

The comma should change back to a decimal point.
Explanation The comma is the European equivalent of the decimal point.

I am not sure if you can prevent the comma (the thousands separator) from appearing, in general. But if you are not averse to using Scientific or Engineering notations, you will not have to put up with the commas. (As an aside I will not mind having a bank account with 4 or 5 commas in the amount.)

The comma is a three-digit separator that appears if number with many digits are displayed ( millions, billions). Since it is a financial calculator designed for money calculations, the comma can be helpful.
There is nothing in the manual that suggests that the three-digit separator can be removed. It can however be replaced by the point as in European Countries (especially France) where the decimal mark is the point and the three-digit separator the comma.

In short. I do not think you can get rid of the comma.

Hope you can learn to live with it.

To change the ´comma´, make sure the calculator is switched to off, press (.) key and maintain, switch the calculator ON. This operation changes dot to comma and vice-versa.

To remove the comma, turn off the calculator. With it turned off, push and hold down the [ON] key. While still depressing the [ON] key, push and hold down the decimal or [.] key. Now you should have them both held down. Now, release ONLY the [ON] key.

To remove the "c", push then release the [STO] key. Then push and release the [EEX] key.
